Mr. Dewayne Corbett is Supervisory Transportation Specialist, which he serves as the Mission Support Branch Chief at FEMA HQ in Washington, DC. He is an US Army veteran, having served 9 years active duty and 4 years in the US Army National Guard. He received his BS in Manufacturing Systems from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and a MA in Management & Leadership from Webster University.  

Ms. LaShanda K. Jones, M.B.A., MPhil, is a recent past president of the Coast Guard Chapter of Blacks In Government.  LaShanda is an Air Force veteran with a long career in Financial Management and Business Analytics.  Upon discharge from active duty, she began her civil service with the Air Force and then worked for the Navy before transferring to the Coast Guard in 2019.  From there it was merely a matter of weeks before she became actively involved with the chapter.  Service is an integral part of who she is.

Ms. Catherine Davis is a is the Senior Fiscal Law Attorney and Audit Counsel with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Office of the Judge Advocate General (CGJAG), Headquarters.  Ms. Davis has been with the Coast Guard since June 2007.  As the fiscal and audit attorney, Ms. Davis provides oral and written advice and guidance to The Judge Advocate General of the Coast Guard, the Chief Financial Officer, and various program flag officers and directors on the proper use and expenditure of appropriated funds.   Additionally, she provides substantive legal research, review and advice on the proper application of statutes, case law, regulations, Executive Orders and policies regarding funding of Coast Guard operations, oftentimes involving complex, novel or precedent-setting issues.  She is often required to provide oral and written advice in the aforementioned areas to Congressional Appropriations Committees; the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the General Counsel; and Coast Guard client programs.  Ms. Davis has expertise and proficiency in myriad legal areas: Fiscal & Appropriations Law; Ethics; Civil & Administrative Law; Tort & Personal Injury Law; Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act Law; and others.

Ms. Davis is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Mr. Glenn Grayer YN1 Glenn Grayer currently serves CG-LRA at Coast Guard Headquarters Washington, DC.  He is responsible for entries into the Federal Registry. 

Prior to this assignment, he served as the Administrative Assistant for Forces Readiness Command, Exercise Support Division in Coast Guard Headquarters, Washington, DC, from 2015 to July 2019.  He served in several administrative positions in Reserve Personnel Management Division in Arlington, VA from January 2011 to May 2015, and as reservist in the Servicing Personnel office at Sector Charleston, SC, from January 2009 to December 2010.  He also served in the Headquarters Administrative office June 2007 to December 2008, and at the Coast Guard Yard from April 2003 to June 2007.
